By accessing or using the HomePack Medical Services website or web application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Platform

  • The Platform provides information on our products, homecare, telemedicine, and first aid training services, as well as delivery of these services.
  • Users may make orders, book appointments, access health records (where permitted), and communicate with assigned care providers.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
  • HomePack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete health information to enable safe and effective care.
  • Ensure a safe and suitable environment for staff to deliver services.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes in health status, contact information, or care needs.
  • Treat staff with respect and dignity.

5. Medical Information Disclaimer

  • Information on the Platform does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan unless directly provided by licensed professionals.
  • All consultations and medical decisions should be made by licensed professionals through official appointments.
  • Emergency situations should be directed to local emergency services immediately.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect user data. We comply with applicable data protection laws in Ghana.

7. Payment & Cancellation

  • Some services may require payment. Prices are displayed in GHS or USD where applicable.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a service charge.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or medical condition.
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt Platform services.
  • Share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, logos, images, software) is owned by or licensed to HomePack Medical Services. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • HomePack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, except as required by law.
  • Liability for claims is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
  • Barring unforeseen circumstances, we guarantee uninterrupted access and error-free functionality.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with the revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
